This weekend I am jetting off to The Eternal City for 5 long weeks of La Dolce Vita! The next month will be full of language classes, Caravaggio, Bernini, vino, gelato, espresso, mozzarella, prociutto, grappa, Vespas, cute Italian men and cacio e pepe!

Hi, Bree! My boyfriend for three months lives in Culver City, and I have therefore spent quite some time eating "over the hill" as of late (I am a Valley native). I read your blog every week, and love finding out about all the cute restaurants that scatter the area...can't wait for your return!
P.S. You should try A Votre Sante in Brentwood and Mani's on Fairfax...I'd be interested to see what you would have to say about those :-) I think you would enjoy both...
