My Favorite Tamale


I only started eating tamales in the last year or so, and this chicken tamale with cilantro pesto from Tamara's Tamales is my favorite. Moist, fluffly and a little creamy, it satisfies a sugar/carb craving everytime!

    Nice! I need to pay a re-visit there (the first/only time I went they had power outage and thus weren't selling any... so sad)

    I'm not a huge tamale fan, but I do love their roasted tomato salsa and chips. It's very tasty!
